Modern day Ninjas and a twintail blonde samurai girl? Sounds tempting enough already. Throw in a few more amazingly written musics and you get Nabari no Ou.
There hasn’t been much action so far and it’s still in the characters-introduction-stage. But I have enjoyed the series, I can’t quite say for certain though what’s keeping me in the show. I do have a high expectation for the show and I sorta look forward to it each week. I guess it’s me being disappointed with all the previous ninja shows and Nabari no Ou seems one that have decent enough potential.
I’m most surprised to hear Rie Kugimiya employing perhaps her lowest voice as Rokujou Miharu, and doing it in convincing fashion too. The music is absolutely awesome, it’s the music in the trailer that initially piqued my interest for the show.
Animation was nicely done as well, fighting scenes were finely animated and backgrounds were great. I’m certainly looking forward to more actions.
There’re some comedic moments that made me laugh out loud. I laughed so hard at Miharu’s sarcasm and his cat-eyes-jutsu. Hmm, I’m looking forward to episode 3 already.
Omg, I love Nabari no Ou and I cannot wait for the next episode. Although in the second episode it was kinda draggy at first :D
