Do you read the Dengeki magazines? They (especially the Festival! version) usually come with lotsa freebies like Dakimakura, Oppai MousePad, Towels, etc. The Dengeki line of magazines by ASCII Media Works predominantly focus on bishoujo game, and anime/manga/novel related to bishoujo games. The only version that targets the ladies is the bi-monthly Dengeki Girl Style.
Dengeki Festival! Heaven Vol. 1 would be the first ever Festival! line that would focus on otome games. The cover will feature the pretty boys from Hakuoki-

Duel Love is an otome game on Nintendo DS by Namco Bandai. You play as the female protagonist cheering on young men in boxing matches, which would affect their performance. After each matches, player can wipe the sweat off the men, like this (picture from IGN):-
2. Heart no Kuni no Alice Drama CD
Heart no Kuni no Alice (Alice in the Kingdom of Hearts) is a game by QuinRose. It is a spin-off of Alice in Wonderland and tells the story of a realistic girl by the name of Alice being taken to the Kingdom of Heart. Player will interact with the bishounens in the Kingdom of Heart and choose one to fall in love with.
The Drama CD features an amazing cast of Tomokazu Sugita (Kyon – Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu), Noriaki Sugiyama (Shiro Emiya – Fate/Stay Night), Takehito Koyasu (Ryoji Fujioka – Ouran), Koki Miyata and Kenyu Horiuchi.
